Renewal Fuel’s FounderWith over thirty years of experience, Monica is the go-to strategist for executives ready to break through career plateaus and ignite their passion. Her mission? To create high-performing leaders and teams that don’t just meet expectations—they shatter them.
Monica is committed to the development of winning organizations, high-performance teams, and confident key contributors. She received her BA in Communications from Stanford University and her MA in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.
Her prior experiences include leading a consulting and services organization for one of the world‘s largest training and development firms and managing key training and development groups for Fortune 500 high technology companies.
She is proud to have built and led Lead Consulting for over a quarter century. Under her leadership, it has become a key Silicon Valley organization development and consulting firm delivering big results from tailored training, coaching, and consulting services for clients from retail to high-tech to packaged goods and more. Renewal Fuel is a Lead Consulting, LLC endeavor.
